Staff representing Ozstaff Evolution are employed fulltime by Ozstaff. In addition to a vigorous recruitment and selection process, all Ozstaff Evolution personnel are subject to an independent criminal background, working with children and police check, pre-employment medical, drug, alcohol and physical fitness evaluation, psychometric profiling, industry specific training equivalent to certificate II, comprehensive health and safety induction, certificate II evaluation and training on Hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP), provided with Ozstaff identification, Ozstaff evolution uniform and basic tool kit.

Ozstaff Evolution personnel are NOT casual. we employ our staff FULLTIME and make a significant investment in recruitment and ongoing training and development, candidates have a noticeable vested interest in performing their employment obligations diligently and reliably.
